Music Picks for Friday, July 30

Hot Damn Blues Band - The Big Easy (Blues)
Local band has been tearing up the various venues around the city with their amazing bluesy/rock sounds. Lots of covers - but its a great time to come out and party and dance with this band. They, after all are a party band... Show Starts at 10-10:30

The Old Ceremony w/ Schooner - Pourhouse (Indie)
*American Cancer Society Benefit Concert*
Two Chapel Hill bands come to Raleigh to rock out their distinc Indie sounds... The Old Ceremony is on of the more established bands in the region and have a great following and will undoubtedly pack out the venue. Any extra room left over will most certainly be filled by Schooner - another great Indie band - that has a more mellow sound but it's a good intro to the night and the Headliner... This will most certainly be a great show and it's a great benefit for a great cause.
