U-Melt - Pourhouse (Rock / Jam)
This band in is the midst of a national tour and Raleigh is fortunate to have them for an evening. It is very interesting how they are able to blend multiple genres to create their own sound.... These guys are ready to make the next step and this tour will likely be a big part of that for them. Blue James Band will be opening the evening - expect the show to start 10-10:30

Sister Hazel - Lincoln Theatre (Rock)
This band needs no introduction - it has been on the national scene for years and they are on national tour hitting midsize venues across the country. Wednesday happens to be Raleigh's turn. Their new album "Release" is very, very good. Check them out if you have a hankering for a national act. Hopefully they will play my fave - "Mandolin Moon"....
